Production Capabilities
 

Our 25,000 square-foot manufacturing facility is located in heavily industrialized Opelika, AL, which assures a highly qualified, skilled work force.
 

We design and manufacture our enclosures from l9-foot aluminum extrusions produced by Werner. Werner is a world-class performer of close- tolerance extrusions, whose quality is a benchmark for industry standards.




These l9-foot extrusions are processed through our numerically controlled saws, which hold tolerances to .004 of an inch. All enclosures consist of 6 basic extrusions, thereby giving us extensive flexibility for building custom-size enclosures with little or no additional lead-time requirement.

 

               

 

Our  state-of-the-art NORDSON powder- coating paint system assures consistent quality of each paint batch. The polyester powder formula provides a high-quality durable coating that is safe and friendly to the environment. It also provides an excellent base for latex and oil paints when re-painting to match apartment color schemes.

Once the extrusions have been cut to the desired length, they are mated with the end caps and assembled to provide the finished enclosure.
